A. Eligibility, Terms and Conditions

Admission will be given strictly on the basis of merit
for this purpose, merit will be determined on the
basis of marks obtained by the students in the last
qualifying examination.

Incomplete and late submitted application forms will not
be considered.
-
All the rules & regulations framed by the College
Education, Govt. of Rajasthan, Jaipur and
University of Rajasthan, Jaipur will be strictly
followed.
-
The Principal will have the right to cancel admission of
any student in the following conditions:-
-
If the facts given by the students while seeking
admission are found incorrect.
-
If the fee is not paid within the time limit
prescribed.
-
If the student involved in any anti-social or illegal
activity.
-
The students will not be re-admitted in the following
circumstances.

Failure students will not be admitted in any case.
·
If any disciplinary action is taken against the student and
his/her name has been struck off due to it.
·
Inspite of repeated warnings if the student fail to maintain
required 75% of attendance without any genuine reason.
·
If the student is found suffering from any communicable
disearse.
·
If the student fails to fill annual examination form and
could not appear at his/her annual examination.
B. Attendance Rules
·
In the matter all the rules framed by the
University of Rajasthan Jaipur vide its ordinance 244
will be followed.
·
75% attendance in each subject (individually) is must for
appearing in University Examination.
C. Issuing of Transfer Certificate Rules
·
On payment of Rs. 25 as Transfer Certificate fee with a
written application submitted alongwith the signature
of the parents of the student Transfer Certificate
will be issued.
·
If a student doesn’t submit No-Dues form the departments from
where it is seeked.
D. College Library Rules
·
Every student would be issued a card of college library and
use this facility after getting admission to the
college.
·
Detailed rules regarding college library can be obtained from
the librarian after admission. College will follow fee
structure as decided by the Govt. of Rajasthan is as
under.
·
After 15 day the Late Fee is recoverable @ 50 paise/day.
Discipline & Conduct
All the students studying in this college
are expected to behave in a civilized manner so that
the dignity and glory of the college is maintained.
This college is an ideal one for the students. The
students must learn by heart the rules and regulations
laid down by the college. The rules are as follows:-
1.
Every student must attend the college regularly.
2.
No Mobile phone is allowed in the college campus.
3.
The students must be in decent outfit. (Skirt, cut sleeves
dresses, top, cap, open button shirts, fashionable
coloured spectacles, printed T-shirts, chain or
weapons etc. are prohibited)
4.
The students have to maintain peace and decorum in
classrooms, library and conference hall & college
premises.
5.
Wandering here & there, making noise, dirtying the college
premises is punishable.
6.
Destroying the furniture, misusing, mishandling of lab
equipments and tearing of pages or photos from library
books, newspaper or magazines comes in the category of
indiscipline. The students will have to compensate
every kind of loss of college property or will be
adjusted from the caution money.
7.
Every student have to attend the college functions &
celebrations.
8.
Students won’t be allowed to wear odd clothes and odd items
in the college (Skirt, cut sleeves dresses, top, cap,
open button shirts, fashionable coloured spectacles,
printed T-shirt, chain or weapons etc.)
9.
Abscondence (Non-Appearing) from college in Periodical
Examination is punishable.
10.
Students are responsible to take care of their classes during
college hours. (Discipline committee of the college
will decide the punishment. All the loss of the
college will be compensated from the students or
adjusted from caution money deposited at the time of
admission).
